How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?

We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles.

Do I need to take my shoes off inside the bounce house?

Yes, shoes must be taken off on inflatables.

What if I am tax exempt?

Option 1: You can place your order now & pay only 50% at checkout. Afterwards just email us a copy of your tax exempt form to reservations@skyhighpartyrentals.com so we can take off the taxes. Option 2: You can create an account from our my account area and email us a copy of your tax exempt form. We will then locate your account and make it so taxes are always exempt from your online orders.

Can you provide inflatables for an overnight “lock-in” party?

Yes, however, our website may not include the option for some products to be booked past 10 pm. In those cases, you must call (281-606-5867) or email us to set up a reservation later than 10pm. There may be a special delivery/pick up surcharge. An alternative option is you can select 8am (next morning) pick up for the next day for the most cost effective option. Please note, we may actually pick up as late as 2pm, but have the option to pick up as early as 8am if the items are rented the next day.

Can you provide attendants to supervise the inflatables?

Yes, we supply attendants that can monitor your rented items for the duration of your event. Attendants are often used to do things like serve concessions or refuel your rented generator.

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest booking as early as possible to avoid your items getting booked out, however we can be ready to deliver your bounce house if it's available with at least 2hrs notice.

How do bounce houses stay inflated?

An electric fan blower is used to inflate the moonwalk. It must be turned on and attached to the moonwalk the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the moonwalk will deflate.

Can I slide with my child down a slide?

No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable. Only 1 person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time.

What's the best time for a Saturday kids birthday party?

The best time for a Saturday kids' birthday party usually depends on the children's ages and parental schedules. Common choices are: Late Morning (10 AM to 12 PM): Ideal for young children who may need afternoon naps, allowing time for games and activities before lunch. Early Afternoon (1 PM to 3 PM): Suitable for older kids, this slot fits well with family schedules, not disrupting morning routines and freeing up the evening. In Texas, especially during hot months you may want to have an early morning party or a late afternoon event if you are not renting a water slide.

I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the outstanding service provided by Sky High Party Rentals. In the days leading up to our event, unexpected rain left the ground saturated, and our internal team mistakenly directed the Sky High delivery team to place the tent in an area with standing water. When management reviewed the site later that afternoon, we realized the tent needed to be moved to a drier part of the lawn. It was already 4:30 PM the day before the event, and we urgently requested Sky High’s assistance to relocate the tent before 9 AM the following morning. Not only did they come through and help us achieve this last-minute change, but they did so without charging us for the additional trip. Sky High Party Rentals is the best in the industry (Houston-area) for bounce houses, inflatable water slides, sno cone machine, and lots of other fun party supplies! We have rented a huge waterslide and sno cone machine from them for many years for our Back to School Fun Day, and we have always had the best experience --all good. A few times there has been a small problem with the equipment, but they sent their crew to us quickly and fixed the problem very fast. This year we did not have any problem at all, so they just dropped off the items and picked them back up when scheduled. It is very easy to rent from this company, because it can all be done online. They also have excellent customer service and when you call you get to talk to a person not a computer. It is easy to get the answer to the question you have, because they have great customer service and it is fast to reach someone. We could not recommend this company more, because like I said they are just simply the best!
