How are bounce houses cleaned and disinfected?

We have a 3 step cleaning process. First we vacuum and wash away with soap and water all dirt & mud from our equipment. Our employees wear gloves and face masks during the cleaning time. Our next step is to use an EPA approved disinfectant for combatting Covid-19. The name of the disinfectant we use is Simple Green Pro D 5 cleaner. We apply this product to anywhere someone might have come in contact with clean towels. This includes netting, pillars, floors, sliding surfaces, pop-up crawlers, steps, and handles. Lastly to insure the products we rent are safe, we require at least 72hrs between rentals.

Will I need to provide a water hose?

Yes, you will need to provide a hose long enough to reach from your water source to the location where the water slide will be setup. You will also need to ensure that the slip and slide can be placed within 50 ft. of a power source.

What are the recommended ages for a slip and slide?

Children and adults ages 5 years and up. Adults and teenagers love our slip and slides! However, younger kids under 5 have a problem coordinating running and timing their jumping for them. They can still enjoy the slip n slide, but we find that most of the time they just climb on and run through to the splash/pool area.

Can I set up the the slide near my pool?

No. Safety is our number one priority. All moonwalks and water slides must be set up at least 10 feet away from any pool.

Can I slide with my child down the slide?

No, only one person should slide down each slide at once. Children should slide separately from parents to prevent accidents from happening at the bottom of the inflatable.

How do inflatable water slide stay inflated?

An electric fan blower is used to inflate the slide. It must be turned on and attached to the slide the entire time that the inflatable unit is being used, or the slide will deflate.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.

What rules do my guests and I need to follow to ensure a safe time?

Only 1 person is allowed to slide down each slide at a time. Someone should be in charge of monitoring the inflatable at all times so that children don’t slide down while someone is still exiting. A good protocol is to allow one child to climb the stairs when one child exits. Group kids by size when playing in the inflatable. Bigger kids or adults should not bounce with younger/smaller kids to help prevent them from being injured. No flips or rough horseplay. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, exit the moonwalk and turn it off. If you see the moonwalk or tree limbs swaying, this is a strong indication that wind speeds are too high.

Will I need power for my water slide?

Yes, power is required for most of our rental items. If you don’t have power outlets located nearby or your event is at a park, you may need to rent a generator from us. Most rentals require 1 to 2 outlets (on separate breakers) within 50 ft. of wherever the item is placed. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

Can I have an inflatable at a park?

Yes. However, most parks require you to get approval prior to setting up inflatables. They also require a certificate of insurance, which we can provide for an additional $25. In addition to this, you must also make sure their is a water hose with a water source to where the slide will be placed.

How is the inflatable secured to the ground?

For grass surfaces, we use 18-inch metal stakes to secure our moonwalks to the ground. For concrete locations, we use sandbags or rope to secure the inflatable. We may also use permanent structures such as trees or concrete blocks.

When do I pay for my water slide order?

A 50% down payment is due when you make the initial reservation. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). If your order is over $1,000 we only require 25% down payment. For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation. We can make the reservation and choose pay later and wait for the check to be paid on the day of the event or soon after if you send us a purchase order.

What time will you deliver?

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time and pick-up items within 1-2 hours after your requested end time.

How long can I keep my slide rental?

The base price for all of our dry and wet slide rentals is up to 4 hours of rental time. Prices increase incrementally for rentals lasting more than 4 hours. You can keep most rentals for as long as you like (up to 7 days) for an additional fee. If you need to keep your rental item(s) overnight, select “8 am” on the following day as your pick-up time for the most cost-effective option.

How do you keep the slide wet?

A misting hose is connected to the slide and spray the sliding area. Misting hoses should stay on while the slide is in use.

Great Variety

I have used Sky High for 2 separate parties and both experiences were awesome. Online ordering makes it fast and easy and products were accurately depicted on their website. Delivery and pick-up times were as promised . They have a great variety of slides and bounce houses to choose from and the children loved both water slides we rented. We will use them again for future parties.

Great customer service!

Great customer service! The delivery guys did a great job setting up the equipment and breaking it down at the end of the day! Was contacted the day before our party and was offered a free upgrade because the colors were faded on the original water slide we rented. So they upgraded us to a larger water slide at no additional cost.
