Description
Two padded boom arms start to sweep, eight players crouch on their podiums, and a Central Texas backyard goes quiet for the countdown. Duck the high arm, jump the low one, and outlast the other seven. One clip and you tumble onto the cushioned floor while the whole block loses it. Last one standing wins, and the calls for a rematch start before the round is even over.
This is the game that holds a crowd for hours: birthday parties in Round Rock, field days in Cedar Park, church carnivals in New Braunfels, and company picnics from downtown Austin to San Antonio all run it in back-to-back elimination rounds.
who came to win. Eight foam podiums around the 30ft octagon keep a big group rotating fast, so nobody waits long.
The boom arms are air-filled and padded, and every wipeout lands on a soft inflatable surface, so it looks dramatic and lands gentle. Riders up to 250 lb can play. With 20+ years setting up across Central Texas and a fully insured, state-inspected operation, the certificate of insurance your school or venue asks for is ready on request.
It is a dry game on a 30ft by 30ft footprint, 8ft tall, and it needs three outlets; if there is no power on site, we can bring a generator. Use View in My Yard to drop it into your real space, then browse the full lineup of interactive game rentals to round out the day.

Up to 8 players compete at a time, each on their own podium around the octagon. The attendant rotates players through fast, so a big group keeps moving and nobody waits long for a turn. It is built to run elimination rounds back to back all event long.
Both. The Toxic Meltdown is one of our best picks for teens and adults, since dodging the sweeping arms takes real agility. Riders up to 250 lb can play. It is a top choice for Austin sports and interactives at company picnics, youth groups, and block parties, not just kids' parties.
It shines for ages 5-12, teens, and adults. With the speed dialed down, younger kids can take supervised turns too. The attendant sets a safe speed for each group, so a wave of little ones and a wave of competitive adults both get a fair, safe round.
It sits on a 30ft by 30ft footprint and stands 8ft tall, so plan a flat, open area with clearance around it, plus a standard outlet within about 100ft. No outdoor power? We can bring a generator. Use View in My Yard to drop it into your actual Round Rock or New Braunfels yard before you book.
Eight players stand on their own podiums around a 30ft octagon while two padded boom arms sweep across, one up high to duck under and one down low to leap over. Get clipped and you wipe out off your podium. Last one standing wins. A trained attendant controls the arms and runs every round.
Yes. Toxic Meltdown is our version of the spinning Wipeout sweeper game, also called the Meltdown eliminator. Two rotating arms, eight players dodging at once, last person standing takes the round. It is the jump-and-duck game you have seen on game shows and viral party videos.
Simple and stress-free: you can cancel or reschedule for any reason, right up until our crew arrives at your door, even the morning of your party. Your full payment converts to store credit that never expires and works on any future rental, so a forecast never costs you a dollar. Just know that once we deliver and set up, if you choose to go ahead and it rains later, the rental is final, since we still have to return to collect and clean it.
The speed dials up or down, and the attendant controls it for every round. Crank it up for teens and adults who want a real challenge, or ease it back so younger kids can duck and jump at their own pace. Same arena, totally different intensity per group.
No. The boom arms are air-filled and padded, so a clip nudges you off your podium rather than hurting. The landing is a soft inflatable surface inside the octagon. Players wipe out into a cushioned pad, which is half the fun and the reason every phone comes out to film it.
The Toxic Meltdown is a dry game only. It is not designed to run with water or sprinklers, so plan it for a dry play area. If you want a water option for the same crowd in the Central Texas heat, ask us and we will recommend a water slide or wet combo that fits your group.
Absolutely, the Meltdown is one of our top picks for Austin and San Antonio company field days, school festivals, and church carnivals. We are fully insured and Texas Department of Insurance inspected with a certificate of insurance ready on request, and for school events we set up by 8am and collect by 3pm so your day runs clean.
Yes. We deliver throughout Austin, San Antonio, and Central Texas, including New Braunfels, San Marcos, Georgetown, and Round Rock. Planning a suburb event? See sports interactives in New Braunfels and sports interactives in San Marcos to round out the lineup.
For the most cost-efficient option, we recommend our 8am next-day setup: we deliver the morning of your event and our crew collects it the next morning. You get full event time without paying for a true overnight hold. You are responsible for the unit until we collect it.
