The drop-off crew explained how everything worked before leaving. We lost track of time and the kick were still jumping when the pick up crew showed up. They were really understanding and patient while the little ones got off. The communication with the office during the process was helpful since we changed the time after scheduling and they called to confirm two days prior. I recommended them to my friends there and I would definitely book with them again.
